As Thailand's food and beverage (F&B) industry continues to experience growth and drive the Thai economy in terms of economic value, the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), the country's regulator, has recommended that restaurant operators consider obtaining basic insurance coverage aligned with the nature and risk level of their business.
