Lockton has appointed Ms Victoria Yow as Head of People Solutions, Hong Kong.
She also collaborates across Lockton’s regional network to bring global insights and innovative solutions to clients in Hong Kong and across Asia.
Ms Yow joins Lockton with more than 15 years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance and client advisory across Asia. She brings a strong track record of driving business growth, developing high-performing teams and delivering innovative solutions that help organisations support and engage their people.
Prior to joining Lockton, Ms Yow worked with Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers, Cigna, Mercer, Now Health International and AIA Singapore. Throughout her career, she has partnered with multinational organisations across the region to design and deliver employee benefits strategies that support workforce wellbeing, talent attraction and business resilience.
